I’m late in posting, but as they say, better late than never. Kate saw her costume and just had to have it, mainly because of the gold microphone. As for Ben, he’s moved past the superhero stage and on to the gory. Unfortunately for him (but luckily for me) they were out of the alien-with-an-exposed-brain-and-oozing-wound costume that he really wanted. So he settled for the crazed gorilla instead.

Ben’s soccer club has four teams in the U-11 age group and one of them was playing directly after Ben’s game. Since Ben wanted to stay and cheer on his friends, I decided I would take some pictures at that game too. I didn’t take as many as I would for the Green team, but I have to say it was refreshing to be able to watch a soccer game with both eyes!
Today was the last game of the regular season. Division 1 was a bit of an adjustment, but the boys worked hard and played some awesome soccer. There won’t be any outdoor games until March, so I’ll be trying my hand at basketball pictures this winter.
In the meantime, here’s the last of soccer until Spring season starts.
