Ben plays trombone for the Concert band at his middle school (the second highest band) and played in the winter concert last Thursday. The band is actually quite good, and always gets the highest ratings at band competitions. The band was in a high school auditorium and quite dark, so I couldn’t manage any pictures during the performance itself. But I did exercise maternal privilege and got him to pose for a couple at home.
