The Titans played their second game on Sunday and looked really good. They were passing the ball well and using the entire field effectively. They knew when to switch the field and were really connecting on their passes. Although the score was only 2-0, the other team barely got any touches on the ball and probably had no more than 3 or 4 consecutive passes. I actually switched vantage points in the second half (when I try to get some shots of the defense) because there was absolutely nothing going on in the Titan’s defensive half of the field.
Photography-wise, the first half of the game was very nice to shoot. High overhead clouds to act as a diffuser. The second half was more difficult to shoot as the light was fading. I eventually ended up bumping my ISO to 1600 to compensate for the lack of light and you can see the graininess that resulted. Even with all that there is a significant amount of motion blur in the pictures.
